清肝活血汤治疗病毒性肝炎高胆红素血症临床观察

目的：观察清肝活血汤的临床疗效。方法：将60例高胆红素血症患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。对照组采用对症支持、抗感染、人工肝血浆置换等综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加用清肝活血汤口服治疗,1疗程10天,3疗程后,主要观察肝功能中TBIL、PTA、ALT、AST及临床症状体征。结果：治疗组的临床症状及体征有显著改善,治疗后TBIL、PTA、ALT、AST血清浓度较治疗前明显降低。治疗组好转率66.7%（20/30例）,显著高于对照组的40.0%（12/30例）。结论：清肝活血汤有明显的退黄作用,可减轻炎症细胞因子对肝细胞的损害,且无明显的不良反应。

Clinical Observation of Decoction for Clearing Liver and Promote Blood Flow on Hyperbilirubinemia in Viral Hepatitis

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Clearing Liver and Promote Blood Flow. Method： 60 cases with hyperbilirubinemia were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases in each group. The cases in control group were treated with supportive treatment, anti - infection, and artificial liver plasmapheresis. The ones in treatment group were done with Decoction for Clearing Liver and Promote Blood Flow on the found of above treatment. After 3 courses of treatment TBIL, PTA, ALT, AST, and clinical symptoms and signs were observed. Result： The clinical symptoms and signs were improved remarkably in treatment group. TBIL, PTA, ALT and AST were decreased after treatment. The improvement rate in treatment group was 66.7% （20/30 cases）, was higher than 40.0% （12/30 cases） in control group. Conclusion： Decoction for Clearing Liver and Promote Blood Flow has remarkable effect of curing jaundice. It can decrease the lesion in liver caused by inflammatory cell factors, and has few adverse effects.
