气压泵联合耳穴贴压治疗脑梗死疗效观察

目的:观察气压泵联合耳穴贴压治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:将70例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规抗血小板等治疗;治疗组加用气压泵联合耳穴贴压治疗。疗程2周。结果:CSS评分综合疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为77.14%(95%CI=70.04%~84.24%);对照组为68.57%(95%CI=60.72%~76.42%);两组综合疗效比较(u=1.383 9,P=0.166 4),差异尚未达到显著性意义。血流变参数比较,治疗组较对照组明显降低全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数参数(P0.05)。结论:气压泵联合耳穴贴压中西医结合治疗治疗脑梗死的疗效优于单纯西医疗法的证据尚不充分,其收益为OR=0.65(95%CI=0.22~1.87),NNT=12(95%CI=5.03~48.30)。但可明显降低血流变参数。

Effect of Pneumatic Pumping and Auricular Point Sticking on Brain Infarct

Objective： To observe the curative effect of pneumatic pumping and auricular point sticking on brain infarct. Methods： 70 cases with brain infarct patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine antiplatelet treatments, while the treatment group was combined with pneumatic pumping and auricular point sticking. After 2 weeks treatment in each group, the score of hemodromo and clinical curative effect （CSS） were observed. Results： The total effective rate of CSS in treatment groupwas 77. 14% （95% CI = 70.04% - 84.24% ） ,and that in control group was 68.57% （95% CI = 60.72% - 76.42% ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups on curative effect （u = 1. 383 9, P = 0. 166 4 ）. Compared with control group, the score of hemodromo in treatment group obviously decreased. Conclusion ： There is no evidence to prove that the combination of pneumatic pumping and auricular point sticking on brain infarct was better than rou- tine antiplatelet treatments, OR =0.65 （95% CI=0.22 - 1.87）, NNT = 12 （95% CI =5.03 -48.30） ,while the score of hemodromo may decrease.
