| 摘 要： | 观察中西医结合方法治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效，将72例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成2组。治疗组36例用中药配合化疗，对照组36例单用化疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为63．89％，对照组为36．11％。1、2、3年生存率治疗组为61．1％、47．2％、25．0％，对照组为36．1％、25．0％、5．6％，治疗组总有效率及1、2、3年生存率均优于对照组（P＜0．05）。提示中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌明显估于单纯西药化疗。

| Abstract: | The therapeutic effect of integrated TCM and WM on late non small cell carcinoma of lung had been observed.72 cases of late non small cell carcinoma of lung were divided into two groups randomly.36 cases were treated with integrated TCM herbs and chemotherapy.36 cases only treated with chemotherapy were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 63.89%,the survival rate after 1?2?3 years were 61.1%?47.2%?25.0% respectively.While in the control group,the total effective rate was 36.11%.The survival rate after 1?2?3 years were 36.1%?25.0 %?5.6% respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0 05).This had suggested that the treatment of late non small cell carcinoma of lung with integrated TCM and WM was prior to chemotherapy only. |
