中西医结合治疗溃疡性直肠炎疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性直肠炎的疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药灌肠每晚1次,晨起太宁栓1粒;对照组予太宁栓早晚各1粒,肛塞外用,疗程4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组80.95%(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠配合栓剂局部治疗溃疡性直肠炎的疗效明显优于单纯西药组。

Curative Effect Observation on Proctitis Ulcerosa with Therapy of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the curative effect of enteroclysm in therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine on proctitis ulcerosa.Method:84 cases of proctitis ulcerosa were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly.The cases in the treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal enema every night and one pill of Titanoreine supp.every morning.The ones in the control group were treated with Titanoreine supp.,one pill in the morning and at night,putting into anus as external application.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Result:In the treatment group the total effective rate was 95.24%,more higher than that in the control group where the total effective rate was 80.95%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Chinese herbal decoction enteroclysm combining with local treating on proctitis ulcerosa is better than that of western medicine only.
