桃红夜合汤治疗顽固性失眠46例临床观察

目的：观察自拟方桃红夜合汤治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法：筛选88例符合标准的顽固性失眠患者,随机分为两组,治疗组46例,对照组42例,治疗组服用自拟桃红夜合汤,对照组口服阿普唑仑、谷维素;15日为1个疗程,连续治2~3个疗程后观察比较2组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈20例,显效15例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率为91.30%;对照组治愈14例,显效6例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率为71.43%。两组比较有显著性差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：桃红夜合汤治疗顽固性失眠疗效较好。

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Decoction of Tao-hong Ye-he on Refractory Insomnia,A Report of46 Cases
