| 摘 要： | 根据目前慢性乙型肝炎最常应用的治疗思路与方法，结合临证体会，认为中西医结合治疗本病应当注意以下几点：（1）抗病毒与调整免疫疗法相结合，扶正祛邪兼施；（2）辨病论治与辨证论治相结合，改善机体内外环境；（3）不失治疗时机及时因势利导，正复则可胜邪；（4）抗肝组织损伤，改善肝细胞功能。临床充分发挥二者优势，联合用药，综合治疗，定会提高疗效。

| Abstract: | According to the most usually utilized thoughts and methods and our experiences about the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,the following should be paid attention to:(1)combination of antiviral therapy and regulating immune system.(2)diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome and disease differentiation to improve the internal and external environment.(3)losing no time to treat the disease.(4)treatment of the liver injury and improvement of the liver function. |
