盆宁颗粒对慢性盆腔炎大鼠子宫炎症的抑制作用及ICAM-1的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药盆宁颗粒灌胃、灌肠双重给药对慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠子宫炎症的抑制作用及其对细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法:建立苯酚糊剂所致的盆腔炎大鼠模型。随机分为模型组、庆大霉素对照组、康妇消炎栓对照组及盆宁颗粒灌胃组、盆宁颗粒灌胃+灌肠组,每组10只,另设正常组。每组给予相应药物,共14天。计算子宫肿胀率和抑制率,免疫组化法测定子宫组织ICAM-1阳性表达,ELISA法检测血清sICAM-1水平。结果:盆宁颗粒可明显降低模型大鼠子宫肿胀率,降低大鼠子宫组织ICAM-1表达和血清sICAM-1水平,与模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);双重给药组作用优于灌胃组。结论:盆宁颗粒能够有效抑制子宫炎性肿胀,抑制ICAM-1蛋白表达、降低血清中sI-CAM-1水平是其部分作用机制。

INHIBITION EFFECT OF PENNING GRANULE ON PELVIC INFECTION OF RATS AND ICAM - 1

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine - penning granule on intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 ( ICAM - 1) in rats with chronic pelvic infection. Methods: To make chronic pelvic infection models by phenol paste,rats were randomly divided into normal,model and penning gran- ule groups,normal and model group were given 0. 9% saline,Chinese medicine group was intragastric given penning granule and en- teroclysis for 14 days. The tumefaction rate and its inhibit rate of rats’uterus were counted,the expression of ICAM - 1 protein in u- terus tissue were determined by immunohistochemical method,Serum ICAM - 1 level was determined by ELISA. Results: Penning granule intragastric and enteroclysis could decrease the tumefaction rate of rats with chronic pelvic infection,there was obvious difference between penning granule and model groups,there was no difference to be compared with normal group. Penning granule could significantly reduce the expression of ICAM - 1 protein in uterus tissue and decrease the content of serum ICAM - 1, there were obvious difference between penning granule and model groups,there were no difference to be compared with normal group. Conclusion: Penning granule can effectively inhibit the swell of uterus in rats with chronic pelvic infection,inhibiting the expression of ICAM - 1 protein in uterus tissue and decreasing the content of serum ICAM - 1were its part of mechanism.
