| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健脾消癌饮配合化疗拮抗大肠癌术后复发转移的疗效。方法:治疗组采用健脾消癌饮配合化疗治疗,对照组单纯采用化疗治疗。结果:治疗组复发转移率为25.8%,而对照组为48.3%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组5年生存率为63.4%,而对照组为35.5%(P<0.05)。结论:健脾消癌饮配合化疗能降低大肠癌术后的复发转移,延长生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect on recurrence and metastasis of carcinoma of large intestine after operation treated by Jianpi Xiaoai decoction and chemotherapy.Method: Cases in the treatment group were treated by Jianpi Xiaoai decoction and chemotherapy,cases in the control group by chemotherapy.Results: The rate of recurrence and metastasis was 25.8% in the treatment group and 48.3% in the control group(P<0.05).The five year survival rate was 63.4% in the treatment group and 35.5% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jianghpi Xiaoai decoction combined with chemotherapy could reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis of carcinoma of large intestine after operation and prolong survival rate. |
