| 摘 要： | 要目的：观察中西医结合治疗玻璃体积血的临床疗效。方法：将玻璃体积血的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组采用西医治疗，治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．33％，对照组仅为73．33％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗玻璃体积血有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect on vitreous hematocele treated with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method: 30 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group,cases in the control group were treated with western therapy and cases in the treatment group were treated with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33% and 73.33% in the control group.The clinical effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine has good clinical effect for vitreous hematocele. |
