| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨通窍醒脑汤治疗创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血（tSAH）的临床疗效。方法：将81例tSAH患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组39例，治疗组在西药治疗的基础上予以通窍醒脑汤治疗，对照组单用西药治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率为85．7％，而对照组仅为62．5％，两组比较，P〈0．05。结论：通窍醒脑汤治疗tSAH疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the clinical effect on traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage treated by Tongqiao Xingnao decoction. Method： 81 cases were randomly divided into 42 cases in the treatment group and 39 cases in the control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated by Tongqiao Xingnao decoction on the basis of western medicine and cases in the control group treated only by west- ern medicine. Results： The total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 64.9% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Tongqiao Xingnao decoction was satisfactory for treating traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. |
