扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌术后患者细胞免疫功能的影响

目的观察扶正消瘤汤对乳腺癌术后患者临床症状改善及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法采用随机、单盲、对照研究,将212例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为2组,治疗组106例服用扶正消瘤汤,对照组106例服用乳癌术后方,疗程90 d,观察2组治疗前后临床症状积分及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群情况。结果治疗组能改善乳腺癌患者术后的临床症状,且疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组均能够提高CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋比值（P均〈0.05）,但组间比较无显著性差异（P均〉0.05）,NK、CD8＋改善不明显（P均〉0.05）。结论扶正消瘤汤能改善乳腺癌患者的细胞免疫功能。

Effects of Strengthening Body Resistance and Slaking Tumor Soup on cell immunological function of patients after mammary cancer surgery

Objective It is to observe the influence of Strengthening Body Resistance and Slaking Tumor Soup （SBRSTS） on cell immunological function of patients after mammary cancer surgery. Methods Randomized - controlled, single blinded design was carried out.~ The total of 212 patients was randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group with 106 patients was treated by SBRSTS, and control group with 106 patients was treated by Ru＇ai Shuhou Recipe. Clinical symptoms and T -lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, Clinical symptoms were improved in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05） , the effect is better than in control group. The levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ of two groups were improved after treatment （P 〈 0.05） , but no difference between both groups. The levels of CDs ＋ and NK cell were not improved （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion SBRSTS can improve cell immunological function of patients after mammary cancer surgery.
