摘    要:目的探讨载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)-1131T〉C基因多态性与中医痰证的关系。方法运用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性分析技术对湖南地区131例痰证患者及74例健康人的ApoA5-1131T〉C基因型进行检测,同时检测所有研究对象的血脂、血压及体质量指数。结果 205例受检者中,ApoA5-1131T〉C位点TT型76例(37.07%),TC型94例(45.85%),CC型35例(17.07%),T等位基因频率60.00%,C等位基因频率40.00%。CC型血清三酰甘油水平明显高于TT型(P〈0.01)。病例-对照研究及多因素Logistic回归分析均支持ApoA5-1131C是痰证发生的独立危险因素。结论 ApoA5-1131C可能是痰证发生的独立危险因素。ApoA5-1131CC型可能与血清三酰甘油水平升高有关。

Study on the relationship between apolipoprotein A5 gene - 1131T 〉 C polymorphism and phlegm stagnation syndrome

Abstract:Objective It is to explore the relationship between the polymorphisms of apolipoprotein A5 (APOA5) gene ( -1131T 〉 C ) and phlegm stagnation syndrome(PSS). Methods Patients of PSS( n = 131 ) and healthy controls( n = 74) were grouped and compared in this study. Using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms (PCR - RFLP) technique to analyze the APOAS( -I131T 〉 C) genotypes. Serum lipids, blood pressure(BP) and body mass index(BMI) in the pa- tients and controls were also measured. Results The frequencies of TT, TC, CC genotypes for the APOA5 - 1131T 〉 C poly- morphism were 37.07% ( n = 76) , 45.85% ( n = 94) and 17.07% ( n = 35). The frequency of T allele was 60.00% and the frequency of C allele was 40.00%. The serum triglyceride (TG)level of - 1131 CC genotype carries were significantly higher than -I131TT genotype carries (P 〈 0.01 ). Patients-controls research and muhinomial-logistic analysis indicated that- 1131 C was a risk factor of the PSS. Conclusion The - 1131 C allele of APOA5 gene is possibly the independent risk factor of the SPS. The - 1131CC genotype is possibly associated with the higher level of serum triglyceride.
