妊娠高血压疾病妇女血脂代谢变化及临床意义

目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者血脂代谢改变的特征及临床意义。方法：检测108例妊高征患者、90例正常妊娠孕妇和50例健康非孕妇女血清总胆固醇（TC），甘油三酯（’rG），脂蛋白（a）及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C），低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C），载脂蛋白A1（apoAl）及载脂蛋白B（apoB）水平。结果：妊娠期高血压疾病组除高密度脂蛋白（HDL）外，其余各项指标均比对照组高，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；与正常妊娠组比较，妊高征组血清脂蛋白（a）LP（8）]水平明显增高，总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、载脂蛋白B（ApoB）水平亦增高（P〈0．05），HDL、载脂蛋白Al（ApoAl）水平降低（P〈0．05）；随着病情加重，LP（a）、TC、TG、LDL、ApoB明显增加。结论：血脂代谢异常可能在妊娠高血压疾病的发病中起一定作用。

Metabotic change and clinical significance of serum hpid in pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome

Objective：To investigate the characters of metabotic change and clinical significance of serum lipid in pregnancy - in- duced hypertension syndrome. Methods ： The levels of cholesterol （ TC ）, serum triglyceroles （ TG ）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C ）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C ）, apolipoproteinAI （ ApoAI）, apolipoprotein B （ApoB） and lipoprotein （ a ） in 108 patients（ PIH group） ,90 normal pregnant women and 50 healthy women were detemfined and compared. Results： The other indexes in PIH patients except HDL were significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0. 05）. TC , TG ,LDL-C, ApoB and LP（a） in PIH patients were significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,. Serum HDL - C and ApoAl levels were lower in PIH patients than that in normal pregnant women （P 〈 0. 05 ）, LP （a） ,TC,TG, LDL, ApoB increased significantly as the illness grew worse. Conclusion ：The changes of serum lipid, apolipoprotein levels and LP（a） in PIH patients may play a role in the pathogenesis of this diseases.
