X线平片与CT诊断胸部外伤的比较分析

目的探讨X线和cT对胸部外伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性对照分析胸部外伤患者的X线平片及CT表现。结果胸部骨折共检测出胸部骨折150例，X线检测出135例，CT检测出142例；肺挫伤80例，X线检测出35例，CT检测出80例；肺撕裂伤33例，其中X线检测出15例，CT检测出33例；血胸、气胸以及血气胸共78例；其中X线检测出50例，CT检测出78例；肺不张10例，其中X线平片检测出2例，CT检测出10例；纵膈气肿37例，其中X线平片检测出21例，CT检测出37例；皮下气肿28例，X线平片检测出17例，CT检测出28例。结论X线平片是胸部外伤的首选的检查方法，CT检查在明确病变的部位、性质以及程度方面要优于X线平片的检查。

The comparative analysis on X-ray and CT diagnostic value of dhest trauma

Objective To study the diagnostic value of X-ray and CT of chest tranma.Methods X-ray and CT data of 156 cases of chest trauma were analyzed and reviewed.Results The fracture were showde by X-ray in 135 cases and by CT scan in 142 cases, in 150 cases of chest fracture; in 80 cases of lung injury, the fracture were showde by X-ray in 35 cases and by CT scan in 80 eases; in 33 cases of lung laceration, the fracture were showde by X-ray in 15 cases and by CT scan in 33 cases; in 78 cases of hemothorax, pneumothorax and hemopnemothorax, the fracture were showde by X-ray in 50 cases and by CT scan in 78 cases; in 10 cases of pulmonary atelectasis, the fracture were showde by X-ray in 2 cases and by CT scan in 10 cases; in37 cases mediastinum pneumothorax, the fracture were showde by X-ray in 21 cases and by CT scan in 37 cases; irr28 cases subcutaneouly pneumothorax, the fracture were showde by X-ray in 17 cases and by CT scan in 28 cases. Conclusion X-ray is the first choice to examine chest trauma.But CT is considered better than X-ray on the ,position, character and level of the disease.
