| 摘 要： | 开展社区高血压健康教育，是当前阻止高血压患病率攀升，提高高血压患者治疗率和控制率的有效干预措施。通过社区有效的健康教育方法，使原发性高血压患者对高血压知识知晓率提高，改变不良生活方式，从而提高原发性高血压患者的遵医行为，主动配合治疗，保持血压稳定，延缓并发症的发生，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Carrying out health education about hypertension in community is an effective intervention to prevent the current rising prevalence rate and also it is an effective method to improve hypertension treatment and control rate. Through Effective community health education to enhance the hypertension knowledge＇s awareness rate of patients with essential hypertension by changing unhealthy life habbit, for enforcing compliance with medical behavior in patients with essential hypertension receiving actively cooperation with treatment, keeping blood pressure stable, slowing down the occurrence of complications and improving quality of life. |
