滥用抗菌药物与医院感染的相关性

目的：了解机体、抗菌药物、病原微生物三者之间的关系，促进抗菌药物的合理使用，减少医院感染。方法：检索、阅读有关抗菌药物与医院感染相关资料、文献，分析与归纳相关内容。结果：滥用抗菌药物引起的医院感染，增加病人痛苦，增加个人及国家的经济负担，造成卫生资源浪费，延长住院时间，降低医疗工作效率，妨碍许多现代医疗先进技术的应用和进一步发展。讨论：加强抗菌药物的监督管理，提高合理用药水平，减少和延缓细菌耐药物的产生，降低医院感染的发病率。

Abuse of antibiotics and hospital Infection

Objective：To understand the organism, antimicrobial agents, the relationship between pathogenic microorganisms and promote the rational use of antibiotics and reduce hospital infection.Methods ： Search, read about antibiotics and hospital infection-related data, documents, analyze and summarize relevant content.Results：The abuse of antibiotics due to infection, increase patient suffering, increase personal and national economic burden, resulting in a waste of health resources, extended hospital stay and lower efficiency, prevent many of the advanced technology of modem medical care and further development. Discussion ： strengthening the supervision and administration of antibiotics to improve the level of rational drug use, reduce and delay the emergence of drug resistant bacteria, reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection.
