| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨阿奇霉素对小儿呼吸系统感染的治疗效果分析；方法：选择2008年12月-2010年4月以来于我院就诊的小儿呼吸系统感染患者84例，随机分为两组，一组进行阿奇霉素治疗，另一组采用红霉素进行治疗，治疗2—4个疗程后，比较两种治疗方法的治疗效果。阿奇霉素治疗组的总有效率达到100．00％，42例患者全部有效，红霉素治疗组中，有1例无效，总有效率为97．62％，要低于阿奇霉素治疗组。结论：阿奇霉素对小儿呼吸系统疾病有较好的治疗效果，可用于临床小儿呼吸系统疾病的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the azithromycin in the treatment of respiratory infection in children effectiveness analysis; Method： December 2008 -2.01 thousand years in April since the children in our hospital 84 patients with respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into two groups for azithromycin, the other group were treated with erythromycin, 2--4 courses of treatment, the comparison of two methods for treatment. Azithromycin in the treatment group the total efficiency of 100.00%, 42 cases were all effective, erythromycin treatment group, 1 case failed, the total effective rate was 97.62 percent, lower than the azithromycin treatment group. CONCLUSION： Azithromycin in children with respiratory diseases have a better therapeutic effect, can be used for clinical treatment of respiratory diseases in children. |
