计算机指导的家庭康复训练对社区脑卒中患者Fugl—Meyer、MBI评分的影响

目的：观察计算机指导的家庭康复训练对社区脑卒中患者运动功能及日常生活自理能力的影响。方法：将纳入的73例观察对象，按随机数字随机分成计算机组（n=38）和对照组（n=35）。计算机组采用计算机软件指导康复训练，1次，天，2小时／次，每6天休息1天；对照组由康复治疗师每2周进行1次家庭康复指导。疗程为3个月。用Fugl-Meyer、MBI评分评价运动功能和日常生活能力并进行统计分析。结果：1．治疗前后，两组组内评分差异经检验有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。2．治疗后，两组组间评分差异经检验无统计学意义（p〉0．05）。结论：1．计算机辅导和康复治疗师定期指导均能改善社区脑卒中患者的肢体功能。2．利用计算机辅导替代康复治疗师定期指导来改善社区脑卒中患者的肢体功能存在可能。

Effects of Family rehabilitation training directed by computer on the scores of Fugl-Meyer and MBI of the cerebral apoplexy patients in community

Objective： To observe the effects of family rehabilitation training directed by the computer on the motor function and Activities of daily living （ADL） of the cerebral apoplexy patients in community. Methods： Seventy three the cerebral apoplexy patients in community were divided into a computer group （38 cases） and a control group （35 cases） randomly. The patients in the computer group carried out family rehabilitation training by computer once a day ,and those in the control group carried out family rehabilitation training by the rehabilitation therapist once every two weeks. Motor functional status and ADL of 73 the cerebral apoplexy patients were measured by MBf,Fugl-Meyer before and after rehabilitation treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed. Results： After the rehabilitation,the scores of MBI,Fugl-Meyer were obviously ameliorated as compared with those before treatment （ p 〈 0. 05） in each group.The scores of MBI,Fugl-Meyer after treatment period between two groups were not significantly different（ p 〉 0. 05）.Conclusion： The family rehabilitation directed by computer or by the rehabilitation therapist could improve the motor function of the cerebral apoplexy patients in community. The family rehabilitation directed by computer could take the place of the rehabilitation therapist.
