补阳还五汤联合梅花针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效分析

目的] 探讨补阳还五汤联合梅花针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法] 将64例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32例。治疗组采用补阳还五汤加减联合梅花针治疗，对照组给予甲钴胺片联合梅花针治疗。两组均连续治疗3周。治疗后，比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分和阿森斯失眠量表（AIS）评分，并评定两组疗效。结果] 两组治疗后VAS评分和AIS评分均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05）。治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.8%、59.4%，且2组患者治疗后总有效率、VAS评分和AIS评分比较均有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论] 补阳还五汤联合梅花针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效优于甲钴胺片联合梅花针治疗。

Analysis on curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods] The 64 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with plum blossom needle,while patients in the control group were treated with mecobalamin tablets combined with plum blossom needle. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks. After treatment,the VAS score and AIS score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results] The VAS score and AIS score of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.8% and 59.4% respectively,and there were significant differences in the total effective rate,VAS score and AIS score between two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with plum blossom needle has better curative effect on postherpetic neuralgia than mecobalamin tablets combined with plum blossom needle.
