腰痹通胶囊配合针刺治疗强直性脊柱炎38例

目的]观察腰痹通胶囊配合针刺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法]将强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=38)和对照组(n=32),治疗组在口服中药腰痹通胶囊的基础上配合针刺大椎、身柱、腰阳关、华佗夹脊等穴位,1个月为1个疗程,观察晨僵时间、扩胸试验、Schobers’氏试验、指地试验、血沉、枕墙距的变化。结果]与对照组相比,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]腰痹通胶囊配合针刺能明显改善强直性脊柱炎患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
