中药敷贴联合穴位按摩对促进肠息肉内镜下切除术患者肠道功能恢复的影响

目的] 探讨中药敷贴联合穴位按摩对促进肠息肉内镜下切除术患者肠道功能恢复的影响。方法] 将本院自2016年6月-2018年6月收治的80例接受肠息肉内镜下切除术治疗的患者作为观察对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与研究组，每组各40例，对照组给予常规护理，研究组在常规护理基础上给予中药敷贴及穴位按摩中医护理措施，比较两组肠道功能恢复情况（包括肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间）、住院时间、心理状态评分、术后并发症、护理满意度。结果] 研究组术后肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均较对照组显著缩短（P<0.05）。护理后，研究组Zung氏焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（7.5% VS 25.0%，P<0.05），护理满意度明显高于对照组（95.0% VS 72.5%，P<0.05）。结论] 中药敷贴联合穴位按摩可促进肠息肉内镜下切除术患者肠道功能恢复，减少术后并发症，提高患者满意度，利于促进患者早日康复出院，值得在肠息肉手术患者中应用。

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage on the recovery of intestinal function in patients undergoing endoscopic polypectomy

Objective] To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage on the recovery of intestinal function in patients undergoing endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps.Methods] The 80 patients who received endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given traditional Chinese medicine application and acupoint massage on the basis of routine nursing. The recovery of intestinal function was compared between the two groups,including bowel sounds recovery time,anal exhaust time,first defecation time,hospitalization time,psychological status score,postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction.Results] The recovery time of intestinal function and hospitalization time in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.5% VS 25.0%,P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (95.0% VS 72.5%,P<0.05).Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint massage can promote the recovery of intestinal function,reduce postoperative complications,improve patient satisfaction,promote early recovery and discharge of patients with intestinal polyps,which is worthy of application in patients with intestinal polyps surgery.
