| 摘 要： | 探讨“活血化瘀、软坚散结”法对子宫内膜异位症神经一内分泌一免疫网络的整体调节机制。完成了活血化瘀、软坚散结法——妇痛宁颗粒冲剂治疗子宫内膜异位症的药效学、镇痛机制、神经一内分泌一免疫网络调节作用等多角度的实验研究，证实了“活血化瘀、软坚散结”法的整体调节作用。

| Abstract: | To explore the mechanism of the whole body regulation of Huoxue Huayu (activating blood circulation and removing stasis) and Ruanjian Sanjie (softing hardness to dissipate mass) on the network of the nerve-endocrine-immunology in endometriosis. The experiments in many research fields such as pharmacodynamics analgesia nerve-encroine-immunologic regulation etc. in the treatment of endometriosis with Futong Ning water soluable granulae were accomplished. It was demonstrated that Huoxue Huayu and Ruanjian Sanjie had a whole body regulative effect. |
