| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨中药麦贞花颗粒治疗冠心病动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。【方法】将冠心病动脉粥样硬化患者48例，随机分为治疗组32例和对照组16例。治疗组采用麦贞花颗粒治疗，对照组采用复方丹参滴丸治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。【结果】麦贞花对冠心病动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块的总阻止率达93．7％，减退率达46．9％，消除率达15．6％；患者颈动脉内中膜厚度明显减少。其疗效明显优于复方丹参滴丸对照组。【结论】麦贞花具有抗冠心病AS的良好作用。 |

| Abstract: | To observe the clincal effect of Mai_Zhen_Hua powder on coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy.Forty_eight patients with coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy were divided into 2 groups:32 in treatment group(T_group) and 16 in control group(C_group).T_group were treated by Mai_Zhen_Hua powder and C_group by compound Dan_Shen pills.The treatment effect in both groups was compared.The total inhibitory rate of Mai_Zhen_Hua powder on the formation of atheromatous plaques was 93.7%,the decreasing ratio was 46.9%,and the eliminating rate was 15.6%.The arterial endomembrane thickness obviously decreased.The effect of T_group was better than that of C_group.Conclusion]Mai_Zhen_Hua has good effect on coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy. |
