| 摘 要： | 激素抵抗型肾病综合征(SRNS)是经规范化激素治疗无效的肾病综合征,属于难治性肾病综合征的一种类型.结合SRNS临床病理环节及常见原因,提出扶正培本,整体调节;区分病程,兼顾标证;核心病理,因人制宜,是中医治疗激素抵抗型肾病综合征主导思路.

| Abstract: | The steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS) was a refractory one that belonged to the in effective disease in normalized hormonal therapy.Combining with the clinical pathology component and common reason of SRNS it was suggested that strengthening bodyresistance and cultivating Ben, whole-body treatment, distinguishing the course of disease, giving consideration of Biao and syndrome simultaneously, the key pathology observation and individual concerned therapy were the leading thought in treating SRNS. |
