痛经相关症状对女大学生经期生活质量的影响

目的]调查痛经相关症状对女大学生经期生活质量的影响,评价痛经女大学生的身心健康水平,为临床治疗调护提供依据。方法]采用自制调查问卷对676例痛经女大学生进行调查,分析痛经相关症状对女大学生经期生活质量的影响及其相关性。结果]痛经女大学生经期相关症状涉及生理、心理等方面,各项自觉症状与女大学生痛经发病相关。结论]痛经女大学生经期生活质量较差,在临床上应针对痛经女大学生的生理、心理等方面因素,通过药物治疗、健康教育等途径改善痛经女大学生经期的学习生活质量,提高其身心健康水平。

Influence of symptom related to dysmenorrhea on quality of life of female student during menstruation

Objective] To investigate the influence of symptoms related to dysmenorrhea on lifr quality of female student during men-struation,evaluate the level of physical and mental health of female students with dysmenorrhea,and provide evidence to clinical treat-ment and regulation.Method] Investigation was carried out in 676 female students with dysmenorrhea by using self-made survey ques-tionnaire,the influence of dysmenorrheal correlated symptom on the life quality in menstruation and the correlation between them.Results] The physiological and psychological condition and other aspects were involved in menstruation related symptom of dysmenorrheal female student during menstruation,each self-feeling syndromes were correlated with the onset of dysmenorrhea of female students.Conclusion] The life quality of female student with dysmenorrheal was poor.In clinical practice the physiologic and psychological fac-tors of the dysmenorrhea female student shold be considered and medicine therapy and health education should be carried out to improve the life quality of them in menstruation and increase the level of their psychological condition.
