浅论体质辨析的临床意义

讨论了体质辨析的内涵、临床操作及临床意义。指出体质辨析的内涵有辨析形体结构、辨析机能代谢和辨析心理特征3方面;临床上体质辨析的对象是健康人、亚健康状态人和患者。健康人体质特征的确定对其预防疾病、延年益寿具有重要意义;亚健康状态人的体质辨析对其通过合理的调适以恢复健康状态具有重要作用;患者的体质辨析对认识疾病的病因病机及提高诊治水平具有决定意义。

Brief discussion of clinical meaning of constitution differentiation and analysis

The connotation, clinical manipulation and clinical meaning of constitution differentiation and analysis was discussed. It was indicated that there were three aspects in constitution differentiation and analysis. They were form and construction, function metabolism and psychological characteristics. Clinically, the object of constitution differentiation and analysis was healthy, sub-health and disease people. The identifying of constitution differentiation and analysis in health people had important role in the prevention of disease and prolonging life. The identifying constitution differentiation and analysis in sub-health people might recover the health state by reasonable adjustment. The constitution differentiation and analysis of patient might increase the recognition of cause and pathogenesis of disease and treatment level.
