补肾活血法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

目的]观察补肾活血法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法]100例患者随机分为两组,对照组50例和治疗组50例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用补肾活血的中药汤剂,12周后统计疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率为94%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组经治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮(BUN)均显著下降(P0.01),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组尿红细胞数、血肌酐(Scr)与治疗前相比显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论]补肾活血法对慢性肾小球肾炎有良好的疗效。

Observation on curative effect of nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe in chronic glomerulonephriti

Objective] To observe the treatment method and clinical efficacy of nourishing kidney and activating blood recipe in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods] One hundred patients were stochastic divided into two groups, treatment group(50 cases)and control group ( 50 cases ). The paients in control group were treated with Western medicine alone, while the patients in treatment group patients with Chinese herbal medicine of nourishing kidney and activating blood method in addition to the medicine given in the control group. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after treating for twelve weeks.Result] The total effective rate of treatment group was 94%, which was higher than that of control group(P<0.0 5). In the two groups,the 24 h urinary albumin, blood urea nitrogen (BUN)were markedly decrased after treatment in comparison with before treament(P<0.01). The treatment group was better than the control group. In the treatment group, urine red blood cell number, serum createnine (Scr) were markedly decreased after treatment in comparison with before treament(P<0.01). Conclusion] Nourishing kidney and activating blood is a better therapy effect for chronic glomerulonephritis.
