血必净注射液治疗慢性肺心病心功能不全35例临床观察

目的]探讨血必净治疗慢性肺心病心功能不全临床疗效。方法]将65例入选患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血必净静脉点滴。结果]治疗组有效率为94.29%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血液流变学、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、射血分数(EF),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论]血必净对于慢性肺心病心功能不全具有良好的治疗作用。

Clinical effect of Xuebijing injection in treating cardiac insufficiency in 35 patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease

Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Xuebijing(Clearing blood) injection in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease. Methods] Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases). Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and treatment group by Xuebijing. Results] The effective rate was 91.42% in treatment group and 73.33 % in the control group, the difference between these two groups was notable (P<0.05). The level of PaO2, PaCO2, hemorheology, cardiac output, cardiac index and ejection function were observed, the difference between these two groups was also remarkable (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions] Xuebijing injeotion has satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating cardiac insufficiency in patients with chronic pulmonary and heart disease.
