银杏酮酯分散片对冠心病稳定性心绞痛氧化应激的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨银杏酮酯分散片对冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响。方法]60例冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者随机分成对照组和银杏酮酯治疗组,每组30例。对照组常规使用抗凝降脂药物,治疗组常规使用抗凝降脂药物同时联合银杏酮酯分散片口服,观察两组治疗前和治疗后氧化应激指标:SOD、MDA和T-AOC。结果]银杏酮酯组血清SOD和T-AOC水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组,结果有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]银杏酮酯分散片可提高稳定性心绞痛患者的血清SOD和T-AOC水平,降低MDA活性,抑制机体氧化应激。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the effects on serum oxidative stress of Yinxing Tongzhi pills on stable angina pectoris (SAP).Methods] The 60 SAP patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine anticoagulation and reduce blood fat treatment. Experimental group was additionally treated with Yinxing Tongzhi pills. The changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and Total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) were detected and compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results] The serum levels of T-AOC and SOD in experimental group were higher, while the levels of MDA were lower than control group. There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion] Yinxing Tongzhi pills are effective for reducing oxidative stress and strengthen antioxidant capacity.
