调神疏肝针法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效观察

[目的]观察调神疏肝针法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效，并探讨其对抑郁症患者神经内分泌的作用。[方法]将110例抑郁症患者随机分为调神疏肝针法组、传统针刺组和西药对照组，分别治疗6周，在治疗前后测定汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HRSD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)，并用放免法测定促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(CORT)的含量。[结果]调神疏肝针法可改善抑郁症患者的临床症状，调节功能亢进的下丘脑一垂体一肾上腺轴(HPA轴)，起到抗抑郁的作用。[结论]调神疏肝针法可望作为一种新的治疗抑郁症的方法。

Clinical Effect of Tiaoshen Shugan Acupuncture on Depression

[Objective] the therapeutic effect of Tiaoshen Shugan(TSSG,regulating spirit and dispersing stag-nated hepatoqi)acupuncture on depression and to explore its action on neuroendocrine in patients with depression. [Methods] One hundred and ten patients with depression were randomly divided into 3 groups:TSSG acupuncture group,traditional acupuncture group and western medicine group.All the patients were treated for 6 weeks.The therapeutic re-action was evaluated with Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD)and self rating depression scale(SDS) and ACTH,CORT(corticosterone)content were determined by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment. [Results] TSSG acupuncture could improve the clinical symptom in patients with depression,regulate the hyperfunction of HPA axis and had effect of antidepression. [Conclusion] TSSG acupuncture may become a new method in treating depression.
