| 摘 要： | 通过中医学术发展的历史沿革回顾,提出了中医药学科建设的总体构思,指出要发展一个大的一级学科,首先要有教育,这是发展学科的基础;其次是科研来提高教育水平,并指导临床;再次是临床;三者缺一不可。同时提出了学科带头人应具备的条件及如何培养学科带头人。

| Abstract: | Through reviewing the historical change of TCM's subject development the shows total frame about the construction of TCM's subject is showed.In order to develop a large and first level subject,the first is the basic of subject's development.Second, using research to high level of education and directing clinic is needed.The last is clinic.We can't be short of any one about those three aspects. At the same time,it is also showed what is the conditions that the leaders of subjects should possess and how to cultivate the leaders of subject. |
