中药对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量影响

目的]观察中药治疗与中药加化疗治疗对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量各因素影响的差异性。方法]将30例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为中药组与中药加化疗组,中药组治疗采用静脉输注扶正抗癌中药(艾迪注射液及黄芪注射液)及口服中医辨证与辨病相结合的中药治疗;中药加化疗组在中药组治疗的基础上,配合常规方案化疗,连续观察2个月,检测并比较患者在卡氏评分(KPS)、体质量、瘤体变化、临床症状、生活质量总分变化方面的差异性。结果]单纯中药治疗在提高KPS评分方面优于中药加化疗(P<0.05),且可改善患者体质量(P<0.05)。中药组与中药加化疗组在抑制肿瘤病灶方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)。中药组在改善症状方面优于中药加化疗组(P<0.05)。中药组在改善患者生活质量总分等方面优于中药加化疗组(P<0.05)。结论]中药治疗可以作为独立治疗方式应用于中晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗。

Effect of Chinese Herbs on Quality of Life in Patients with Malignant Tumour During Metaphase and Advanced Stage

Objective] To observe the different effect on the Quality of Life(QOF)in patients with malignant tumour during the metaphase of advanced stage between two kinds of treatment of Chinese herb and Chinese herbs combined with chemotherapy to provide a scientific basement for the choice of different treatment.Methods] Thirty patients with malignant tumour in metaphase or advanced stage were divided randomly into 2 groups.One group was treated with Chinese herb,AiDi injection and HuangQi injection and the other with the same Chinese herbs combined with the general chemotherapy.The change of KPS,body weight,tumour size,clinical symptom and QOL after 2 periods of treatment was observed.Results] The treatment of Chinese herbs had more efficiency in improving KPS than the other treatment(P<0.05).The body weight of the group treated by Chinese herbs was higher than the other group(P<0.05).The two therapeutics had no statistical difference in controlling the tumour focus(P>0.05).But they had statistical difference in improving the clinical symptom(P<0.05).The Chinese herds group had also more efficiency in the increasing of the score of QOL-C30 than the other group(P<0.05).Conclusions] The therapy of Chinese herbs can be independently used in treating the patients with malignant tumour in metaphase and advanced stage.
