脑瘤散治疗复发性脑胶质瘤的临床研究

目的]观察脑瘤散配合化疗治疗复发性脑胶质瘤的临床疗效.方法]将34例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各17例,两组均应用甲基苄肼、环己亚硝脲和长春新碱(PCV)方案进行化疗,观察组同时加服脑瘤散.观察患者治疗后的生存质量、毒副作用及病灶变化情况.结果]生活质量评定:治疗后观察组患者较对照组显著提高(P＜0.05);安全性评价:观察组不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);病灶的变化:观察组病灶有效率和稳定率均比对照组有所提高.但差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论]脑瘤散可以明显改善复发性脑胶质瘤患者的生活质量,减轻化疗的毒副作用,在缓解和稳定病灶、控制病情进展方面还需进一步验证.

Clinical research on Naoliu(Brain tumor) powder in treating recurrent brain gliomas

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Naoliiu Powder combined with chemotherapy in treating recurrent brain gliomas. Methods] Thirty-four patients of recurrent brain gliomas were randomly divided into treatment group(17 cases) and control group(17 cases). The patients of two groups were treated with chemotherapy (PCV program). At the same time the patients of treatment group was also given Naoliu powder. The toxic and side effect, quality of life and focus of infection changes after treatment were observed. Results] The life quality in treatment group was obviously improved compared with that in control group(P<0.05). The incidence of the adverse reaction in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The effective power and stable rate of focus in the treatment group was greatly raised, but there was no significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion] The Naoliu powder can markedly improve the life quality of the patients of recurrent brain gliomas and can also reduce toxic and side reaction of chemotherapy. It was worth to further research of Naoliu powder in relieving and stabilizing focus and controlling the disease development.
