《慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证诊断标准（2021版）》解读

目的] 对《慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证诊断标准（２０２１版）》的制定过程和内容进行解读,使临床医生、研究人员等更好地理解和运用慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证诊断标准。方法] 在总结慢性溃疡病的证候特点，系统回顾气虚证相关诊断标准基础上，经过多学科专家群决策，多轮研讨与论证，由数十名中医临床、中医证候学与方法学专家参与制定中华中医药学会团体标准《慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证诊断标准（２０２１版）》。结果] 该标准于2021年3月16日正式发布，该标准采用气虚条目、毒滞条目、舌象或脉象相结合的诊断模式，气虚条目至少具备2条，毒滞条目至少具备2条，同时具备舌象或脉象其中1条者可诊断为慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证。结论] 《慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证诊断标准（２０２１版）》确定了慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证诊断指标及其权重赋分，以期为相关人员开展慢性溃疡气虚毒滞证的临床试验提供参考。

Interpretation of Diagnosis Criteria for Chronic Ulcer with Qi Deficiency and Toxic Stagnation Syndrome (2021 Version)

Objective] To interpret the formulation process and content of the Diagnostic Criteria for Qi Deficiency and Toxin Stagnation of Chronic Ulcer (2021 Version), so as to help clinicians and researchers understand and apply the diagnostic criteria for chronic ulcer disease combined with syndrome of qi deficiency and toxin stagnation. Methods] Based on the summary of the syndrome characteristics of chronic ulcer disease and the systematic review of the relevant diagnostic criteria of qi deficiency syndrome, after multidisciplinary expert group decision-making, multiple rounds of discussion and argument, dozens of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical, TCM syndrome and methodology experts participated in the development of the group standard of the China Association of Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Criteria for Qi Deficiency and Toxin Stagnation of Chronic Ulcer (2021 Version). Results] The criteria was officially released on March 16th, 2021. The diagnostic mode of chronic ulcer was combining qi deficiency items, toxin stagnation items, tongue appearance or pulse appearance. Conclusion] The Diagnostic Criteria for Qi Deficiency and Toxin Stagnation of Chronic Ulcer (2021 Version) determined the diagnostic index of qi deficiency and toxin stagnation of chronic ulcer and its weight assignment, in order to provide some reference for relevant personnel to carry out clinical trials of the syndrome of qi deficiency and toxin stagnation of chronic ulcer.
