血浊与无症状高尿酸血症发病关系浅探

无症状高尿酸血症患病率随着生活水平的提升而日渐增高，若不加以干预，将发展为痛风并伴随其他并发症，迁延不愈。王新陆教授结合时代特点提出的血浊理论为此病的治疗提供了新的思路，他认为无症状高尿酸血症的发生以血浊之邪为核心，血浊既为此病的病理基础，又可作为病理因素加速疾病的进展，故以清化血浊之邪为主治疗无症状高尿酸血症，常收捷效。

Relationship between turbid blood and asymptomatic hyperuricemia

The prevalence of asymptomatic hyperuricemia is increasing with the improvement of living standards. Without intervention,it develops into gout with other complications,which is not heal. The blood turbidity theory put forward by Professor WANG Xinlu combines with the characteristics of the times provides a new idea for the treatment of this disease. Professor WANG Xinlu believes that the occurrence of asymptomatic hyperuricemia is based on the evil of blood turbidity. Blood turbidity is the pathological basis of this disease. It can also be used as a pathological factor to add to the progression of the disease. Therefore,the treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia is mainly based on clearing blood and blood turbidity,which often yields quick results.
