柴芪汤治疗肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征患者临床疗效观察

目的] 观察柴芪汤治疗肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征患者的临床疗效。方法] 使用随机数字表法将80例肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征患者分为两组，对照组40例，予基础治疗（控制饮食及适当运动）；治疗组40例，予基础治疗的同时口服柴芪汤。治疗3个月后，观察两组患者血压、体重指数（BMI）、空腹血糖（FPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、血脂的变化，并对中医证候疗效进行评价。结果] 治疗组血压、BMI、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、血脂与治疗前比较均有改善（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，收缩压、FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、TC、LDL-C改善明显（P<0.05）；两组中医证候疗效比较，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论] 柴芪汤治疗肝郁脾虚型代谢综合征疗效显著，具有改善胰岛素抵抗、调节糖脂代谢的作用。

Clinical observation of Chaiqi decoction in treating metabolic syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaiqi Decoction in treating patients with metabolic syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods] Using a random number table method,80 patients with metabolic syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency were divided into two groups. The control group received 40 patients with basic treatment(control diet and appropriate exercise);the treatment group received 40 patients with basic treatment and Chaiqi Decoction. After 3 months of treatment,the changes in blood pressure,BMI,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,and blood lipids of the two groups were observed,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes was evaluated.Results] The blood pressure,BMI,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,and blood lipids of the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,systolic blood pressure,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,LDL-C improved significantly(P<0.05);comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion] Chaiqi Decoction was effective in treating metabolic syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,which can improve insulin resistance and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism.
