王晓燕教授治疗郁病经验

郁病是一种临床常见的情感性精神疾病,相当于现代医学所指的癔症、焦虑性神经症、更年期抑郁、神经官能症等疾病。中医治疗郁病在改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量方面具有独特优势。王晓燕教授认为郁病以肝气郁结为主要病机,但不能以此统诸证,临床兼气虚气陷、阳郁阳虚、气机逆乱者多见,论治不能执泥于肝郁一证。在详辨病机的同时,注重病因施治,强调医患共同参与,临床效果显著。

Professor WANG Xiaoyan's experience in treating depression

Depression is a common clinical emotional mental disease,which is equivalent to hysteria,anxiety neurosis,climacteric depression,neurosis and other diseases caused by modern medicine. The treatment of depression by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages in improving patients'' symptoms and quality of life. Professor WANG Xiaoyan believes that the main pathogenesis of depression is liver-qi stagnation. However,it cannot be used to unify all the syndromes. It is common in clinical patients with qi deficiency and qi depression,yang qi doesn''t inspire,and yang deficiency,and qi disorder,Treatment can not adhere to the liver depression syndrome. At the same time,it pays attention to the etiology treatment,emphasizing the joint participation of doctors and patients,the clinical effect is remarkable.
