苦参素联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的]观察苦参素联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法]将慢性乙型肝炎患者分为两组,治疗组服用苦参素胶囊联合拉米夫定,对照组单独服用拉米夫定。并观察血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)、乙型肝炎病毒e抗原抗体(HBeAb)、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA及慢性HBV DNA多聚酶中酪氨酸-蛋氨酸-天冬氨酸-天冬氨酸(YMDD)变异情况。结果]通过治疗2组ALT水平均分别较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01)。治疗组和对照组在降低ALT水平及ALT复常率方面差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗12个月时,治疗组HBeAg和HBV DNA阴转率明显高于对照组,而HBV YMDD变异发生率低于对照组,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论]苦参素与拉米夫定联合治疗可以明显提高抗病毒疗效,并降低长期使用拉米夫定而产生的耐药。

Therapeutic effect of Oxymatrine combined with Laminudine in treating patients with chronic hepatits B

Objective] To investigate the effect of Oxymatrine combined with Lamivudine on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods] Seventy-five patients were divided into two groups. The patients in therapy group were accepted Oxymatrine combined with Laminudine, and the patients in control group Lamivudine alone. The course of treatment was twelve months. Results] The negative-conversion rates of HBeAg were higher, and the rate of YMDD mutation was lower in therapy group than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions] The treatment of Oxymatrine combined with Laminudine can markedly improve the antiviral effect and reduce the resistance to Lamivudine.
