剖析儿童单纯性肥胖症的致肥因素及对策

目的] 认清儿童肥胖的危害性,做到早干预,使肥胖儿健康成长。方法] 在临床实践基础上,通过大量的文献资料对单纯性肥胖症儿童进行病因分析,剖析出其致肥主要因素,并寻求不影响儿童生长发育的有效减肥方法。结果] 儿童单纯性肥胖症的主要致肥因素是营养过剩和运动不足,此外,还与遗传、环境等因素有关。适宜肥胖儿的治疗手段有针灸、中药、运动及合理饮食,减肥西药不适宜儿童使用。结论] 单纯性儿童肥胖症要早干预,改变不良生活方式,多运动和合理饮食,治疗主要从针灸和中药两方面进行调节。

To identify clearly the harmful effect of childhood simple obesity, interfere earlier and make children grow up healthily.Through analysis of a plenty of documents and data on the basis of clinical practice, the main factors resulting in obesity was identified, and the effective methods for lose_weight without affecting the children's growth was explored. The main factors for childhood simple obesity are superfluous nutrition and deficient movements.Besides, it also relates with factors such as heredity, environments etc.Therapeutic measures suitable for childhood simple obesity include acupuncture,Chinese herbs,movements and rational diet.The western drug for lose_weight in not suitable for children. Conclusion] Childhood simple obesity should be interfered with earlier by adjusting their bad life style, encouraging them to do more exercises and having rational diet. Treatment should primarily be acupuncture and Chinese herbs.
