变态反应性咽炎的客观化诊断及中医治疗

【目的】为变态反应性咽炎的临床诊断提供客观依据和中医治法。【方法】试验组，以咽痒、咳嗽为主诉的126例门诊患者，进行咽黏膜分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞数量检查，血清变应原试验和血清免疫球蛋白总IgE测定，记录主症、病史、体征等情况和祛风利咽，消肿止咳法（咽炎2号）的临床疗效。对照组，随机选择急性咽炎35例和慢性单纯性咽炎55例。【结果】试验组，126例咽黏膜分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞检查阳性率为91．27％（115／126）。对照组，咽黏膜分泌物中嗜酸性粒细胞检查阳性率分别为17．14％（6／35）和21．82％（12／55）。试验组明显高于对照组；试验组咽黏膜水肿和颜色淡白亦明显高于对照组，两者均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。【结论】祛风利咽，消肿止咳法是治疗变态反应性咽炎的有效方法：

Objective Diagnosis and TCM Treatment in Allergic Pharyngitis

Objective] To provide the objective basis and TCM therapeutic methods for the clinical diagnosis of allergic pharyngitis.Methods] The selected patients were divided randomly into two groups.The experiment group was 126 patients and the control group 90 patients.The numbers of eosinophile granulocyte,serum allergen and serum total IgE,etc.were determined.The main symptoms,case history,physical sign of allergic pharyngitis in patients were noted.Result] The positive rate of eosinophile granulocyte was 91.27% in the experiment group,while 17.14% and 21.82% in the control group(acute and chronic pharyngitis).There was a significantly difference in the total effective rate between both groups(P<0.01).Conclusion] The method of eliminating wind,relieving sore-throat,detumescence and stopping cough was an effective method for treating allergic pharyngitis.
