黄疸证治探微

黄疸病名,首见于《内经》,张仲景提出具体治法,唐宋以前,对黄疸分类过细,名目繁多,致使医家难以适从。元代罗天益依据黄疸性质概括为“阳黄”、“阴黄”,使病因证治简单明确,至今仍为医界所采用。黄疸之成因无外乎湿邪为患或脏腑内伤。治疗上,阳黄证宜清火邪,利小便;阴黄证则宜调补脾肾;近代医家关幼波先生之宝贵经验亦颇值得借鉴。
