旋提手法对神经根型颈椎病曲度改变的疗效分析

目的]评价旋提手法与牵引疗法在改善神经根型颈椎病曲度的有效性。方法]选择符合入选标准的神经根型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为试验组40例,对照组40例,分别给予旋提手法及牵引疗法,并于治疗前后测量颈椎X光片颈椎曲度变化。结果]两组治疗后均与自身治疗前颈椎曲度比较,P值均小于0.05,差异有统计学意义,试验组与对照组均能改善患者的颈椎曲度;两组间治疗前后颈椎曲度差值比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,治疗后试验组患者颈椎曲度改善优于对照组。结论]旋提手法改善神经根型颈椎病曲度疗效优于牵引疗法。
