| 摘 要： | 目的]观察复方丹参滴丸治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病(AD)的疗效及安全性。方法]选择轻中度阿尔茨海默病(AD)70例,按照随机数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组各35例,观察组给予复方丹参滴丸治疗,对照组给予吡拉西坦治疗。两组均治疗16周。应用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)比较治疗前后临床疗效。结果]观察组MMES、ADL评分分别为(21.38±3.11)分和(23.19±6.35)分;对照组为(18.45±3.22)分和(28.34±5.98)分。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组未发现严重不良反应。结论]复方丹参滴丸治疗轻中度AD疗效优于吡拉西坦,且安全。
