百令胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病患者CRP及UMA水平影响

目的]观察百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及对C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法]80例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组患者在良好控制血糖、血压基础上,治疗组加用百令胶囊5粒/次,3次/d,口服,对照组不加百令胶囊,共12周;治疗前后监测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、24h尿微量白蛋白(UMA)定量、CRP、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDH)、计算胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)。结果]治疗组治疗后IAI明显升高,CRP、24hUMA与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。TC、TG、LDH明显下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论]百令胶囊能够明显减少尿微量白蛋白排泄,对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的治疗作用。

Effect of Bailing Capsule on CRP and UMA level in patients with early diabetes nephropathy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Bailing Capsule and effect on C-reactive protein(CRP) in patients with early Diabetic Nephropathy(DN). Methods A comparative synchronous study was conducted between 40 early DN patients treated with Bailing capsule(2.5 g,3 time/d,p.o.) for 12 weeks (treated group) and another 40 early DN patients treated without Bailing capsule(control group) based on the routine therapy and the well controlled FIB and Bp. FBG,FINS,24 h UMA,CRP,IAI,BUN,SCr,TC,TG,HDL,LDH were tested during the treatment. Results Compared with control group,24 h UMA,CRP,TC and TG in treated group were reduced significantly(P<0.01) and IAI was higher(P<0.01); TC,TG,and LDH were reduced significantly(P<0.05). Conclusions Bailing Capsule can reduce the 24 h UMA significantly,and has good therapeutic effects on early diabetic nephropathy.
