麝香保心丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效观察

目的]观察麝香保心丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法]将110例不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用麝香保心丸治疗,对照组采用单硝酸异山梨醇酯片治疗,疗程30 d,观察心绞痛每周的平均发作次数及硝酸甘油的每周用量。结果]观察组与对照组治疗后心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量方面优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]麝香保心丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛具有一定的临床疗效,可能优于单硝酸异山梨酯片。

Clinical efficacy observation of Shexiang Baoxin pills on unstable angina

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of treating unstable angina(UA) by Shexiang Baoxin pills. Methods] The 120 patients with UA were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and the observation group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills,and the control group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets. The course was 30 days. We observed the frequency of UA and the consumption of nitroglycerin tablets per week. Results] From the frequency of UA and the consumption of nitroglycerin tablets per week. Both of the two groups after treatment were effective, and the observation group was the better one. It had significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion] It is effective of Shexiang Baoxin pills treating on UA, the clinical effect maybe better than isosorbide mononitrate.
