半夏泻心汤加减治疗寒热错杂型慢性胆囊炎临床观察

目的]观察用半夏泻心汤加减治疗寒热错杂型慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法]将患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用半夏泻心汤加减;对照组服用消炎利胆片合良附丸。1个月为1个疗程。2个疗程后统计症状、体征的变化,6个月后使用脂肪餐作激发试验。结果]治疗组在总体疗效、右上腹痛、腹胀、胆囊区叩击痛、激发试验等方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]用半夏泻心汤加减治疗寒热错杂型慢性胆囊炎的疗效显著。

Treating chronic cholecystitis with intermingling cold and heat by modified Banxiaxiexin decoction

Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Banxiaxiexin decoction in treating chronic cholecystitis with intermingling cold and heat.Methods] The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were treated by modified Banxiaxiexin decoction and those of control group by Liangfu pills and Xiaoyanlidan tablets.The treated course was one month.After two courses,the changes of symptoms and signs were statistically analyzed.Six months later,the provocation test was performed using fatty meal.Results] The overall effect,right epigastrium pain,abdominal distension and percussion pain in gallbladder area and provocation test results of treatment group were significantly different when compared with that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion] Treating chronic cholecystitis with intermingling cold and heat with modified Banxiaxiexin decoction has obvious effect.
