| 摘 要： | 目的]研究桑叶多糖的降糖降脂作用。方法]将桑叶水溶部分多糖分离提纯，对2型糖尿病大鼠模型进行降血糖和抑制作用实验。结果]桑叶多糖具有降低血糖和抑制血脂升高的作用。结论]桑叶多糖治疗2型糖尿病具有多项调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the sugar and lipid-decreasing effect of Folium Mori Polysaccharide(FMP). Methods] The water soluble component of FMP was isolated and pured. Blood sugar-decreasing and lipid-inhibiting experiment were performed in rats with 2 type diabetes. Result] FMP could decrease blood sugar and restrain the rising of blood lipid. Conclusion] FMP has manifold accommodation action for treating 2 type diabetes. |
