厚朴三物汤加味治疗慢性重型肝炎内毒素血症的疗效观察

目的]了解厚朴三物汤加味在慢性重型肝炎的人工肝治疗中对的内毒素血症、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的影响.方法]治疗组与对照组各39例,治疗前后分别测定患者血浆内毒素与转氨酶水平.治疗组每日予厚朴三物汤加味,早、晚各服50 mL.结果]治疗组内毒素与AST、谷酸丙氨酸转氨酸(ALT)水平下降幅度高于对照组.结论]在慢性重型肝炎的人工肝治疗中增加厚朴三物汤加味具有加速内毒素与AST、ALT下降的作用.

Therapeutic effect of modified Houpo Sanwu Decoction in treating endotoxemia in patients with chronic severe hepatitis

Objective] To explore the effect of modified Houpo Sanwu decoction in treating endotoxemia and ALT of artificial liver of severe chronic hepatitis. Methods] The patients of treatment group and control group was 39 cases each. The blood endotoxin and ALT level before and after treatment of two groups were determined. The patients of treatment group were administrated with modified Houpo Sanwu decoction,50ml per time. Results] The endotoxin,AST and ALT of treatment group was lower than that of control group. Conclusion] The modified Houpo Sanwu decoction may obviously decrease endotoxin,AST and ALT level on the artificial liver of chronic severe hepatitis.
