| 摘 要： | 目的]观察解毒祛湿法治疗痛风的临床疗效.方法]将60例痛风患者随机分为两组.治疗组30例采用中药治疗,对照组30例口服别嘌呤醇和尼美舒利及碳酸氢钠.结果]治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.6%,两组总有效率比较差异无显著性,P>0.05.两组治疗前后血尿酸组内比较差异有显著性.P<0.05;两组治疗后血尿酸组间比较差异无显著性,P>0.05.结论]解毒祛湿法治疗痛风的疗效可靠,且无明显不良反应.

| Abstract: | Objective] To Observe the clinical effects of detoxification and dispelling dampness method on gout. Method] 60 patients with gout were divided into two groups randomly.
