四君子汤联合抗肿瘤西药改善卵巢癌晚期症状临床观察

目的]观察四君子汤联合抗肿瘤西药改善卵巢癌晚期症状疗效。方法]对79例经病理学/细胞学确诊晚期卵巢癌住院患者在西药常规治疗抗肿瘤类药物基础上,健脾益气,四君子汤加减,水煎,100mL/d,3次餐前口服。观察症状、Kamofsk(kps)评分。1周为1疗程,治疗2疗程(14d),随访1周判定疗效。结果]总体治疗效果为有效;倦怠乏力、食少纳呆、口干咽燥、腹胀、大便干燥、五心烦热、尿赤、腹泻、自汗盗汗、恶心呕吐等症状均有显著疗效(P<0.05,P<0.01);腹痛、腰痛、气短、心烦失眠、消瘦等疗效一般(P>0.05);脾气亏虚证型有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论]健脾益气之四君子汤为主联合抗肿瘤类药物在改善卵巢癌晚期患者症状及提高生存质量方面效果显著。

Methods ] 79 cases of the pathology/cytology hospitalized patients with adanced oarian cancer diagnosed in western medicine routine treatment antitu- mor drugs basis, enriching qi, four gentleman tonga reduced, water frying, 100 mL/day, three times before the meal oral. Observation of symptoms, Kamofsk （KPS） rating. 00 weeks for a period of treatment, treat- ment, 00 treatment （00 days） , follow - up 00 judge curative effect. Results ] Overall treatment effect for ef- fective; Languid, food, stay, mouth GanYan less dry, abdominal distension, move bowels dry, five upset heat, urine red, diarrhea, spontaneous sweating night sweats, nausea and vomiting symptoms were all have re- markable curative effect （P 〈 0.05） ; Abdominal pain, waist pain, shortness of breath, upset insomnia, angular wait curative effect general （ P 〉 0.05） ; Temper deficiency syndrome type high efficient （70.4%）. Conclusions] By strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi on improving clinical symptoms and improve quality of life in patients with advanced ovarian cancer results are remarkable.
